Job summary

Walmart seeks a store leader in Marion, AR to drive community outreach programs, support associates, and ensure excellent customer service. You will help manage financial performance, apply company policies, and lead initiatives under the One Best Way operating model.

The role emphasizes developing talent, maintaining safety and asset protection, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and supports associates and managers in serving the community.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and supports customer service initiatives to resolve issues.
• Assist store manager in driving financial performance and analyzing budget/PL statements.
