Paul Davis Restoration is expanding its team and seeking a driven Business Development Manager to cultivate key relationships and expand our commercial presence in the Fox Valley area.

In this highly visible, community-focused role, you will attend events, build strategic partnerships, and turn opportunities into measurable business growth, while representing the brand with integrity and energy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, relationship management, consultative sales, or a related field.
• A proven ability to develop relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business technology.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships that matter with decision-makers at commercial properties, schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, and businesses.
• Attend networking events, industry gatherings, golf outings, and community functions.
• Open doors and create opportunities by developing new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships.
• Bring people together by hosting client lunches, educational presentations, training sessions, and appreciation events.
• Think strategically by developing outreach plans to keep Paul Davis top of mind with partners.
• Own your success by managing relationships, tracking opportunities, and turning efforts into results.
