Job summary

Paul Davis in Jacksonville seeks a Business Development Manager to grow brand awareness and promote services. You will build industry relationships and lead B2B outreach across the Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, and NELA areas, coordinating with marketing and franchise teams.

Relying on strong communication and strategic planning, you will organize events, manage CRM, and drive sales through calls, appointments, and referrals, with salary plus commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ sales and marketing experience.
• Franchise, restoration, construction/home improvement, and/or insurance industry experience ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and client calls.
• Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits.
• Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP).
• Enforce Brand Standards.
• Manage CRM, marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, and referrals.
• Collaborate with the franchisor and schedule meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager.
• Create social media plan, monitor reviews and feedback, and follow up accordingly.
• Attend business networking functions to promote the business.
• Coordinate and manage community and charitable events.
• Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses.
• Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested.

Responsibilities
