Qualifications

• Maternal-child health experience and knowledge of prenatal/postnatal care.
• 3–5 years supervising staff in related services.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and supervision to the full-time doula team and contracted doulas statewide.
• Maintain program policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Manage day-to-day operations of labor and birth and prenatal and postnatal doula services.
• Receive referrals for doula services; match clients with doulas based on needs and skills.
• Mentor new doulas and manage caseloads; schedule and supervise mentoring sessions.
• Monitor program capacity, caseloads, and service delivery timelines.
• Be available for on-call coverage and weekly doula meetings.
• Maintain demographic data and birth outcomes in master spreadsheets.
