Savers is hiring a Community Donation Manager to lead the Community Donation Center operations, ensuring welcoming donor experiences, compliant processes, and strong community relations. You will supervise the CDC Ambassadors, plan staffing, and promote the Savers brand throughout the community.

The role emphasizes coaching, donor service excellence, and collaboration with store leadership to meet donation goals and maintain safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Community Donation Center to ensure fast, friendly donor service.
• Promote Savers brand and build relationships with local nonprofit partners and donors.
• Lead and develop the CDC Ambassadors, including training and coaching.
• Schedule staffing and manage donation flow, safety, and organization.
• Engage with the community to support fundraising events and campaigns.
• Ensure accurate weight/classification of donations and track results.
