Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma: post-Secondary degree/diploma preferred.
• Experience managing people preferred.

Responsibilities

• Donation Center Operations: Ensure CDC is organized, clean, safe, and welcoming; manage donation flow from the CDC into the production room to keep supply balanced.
• Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and coach CDC Ambassadors; provide feedback and recognize high performance.
• Donor Service: Deliver a positive donor experience; educate team on Savers brand and values; promote community impact.
