Savers is seeking a Community Donation Manager (Operations Manager) for the West Hempstead store to oversee donation-center operations and drive community partnerships. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming CDC, weighing and tracking donations, and coordinating staff to meet donor traffic.

You will lead the CDC Ambassadors, promote the Savers brand, and collaborate with partners to maximize community impact while upholding company standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall management and direction of day-to-day functions of the Community Donation Center to make Savers the donation center of choice.
• Promote Savers brand in the local community and build relationships with nonprofit partners.
• Lead and develop the CDC Ambassadors and schedule staffing to meet volumes and donor traffic.
• Ensure donations are weighed and recorded accurately and that CDC operations stay clean, safe, and welcoming.
