Job summary

Savers is seeking a Community Donation Manager for Sparks, NV to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community Donation Center, ensuring a safe, welcoming donation flow and promoting the Savers brand in the community.

You will lead CDC Ambassadors, recruit and train staff, set donation goals, coordinate with store leadership, and build partnerships with nonprofit partners to maximize community impact.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community Donation Center to ensure fast, friendly donor service and safe, welcoming spaces.
• Lead, train, and coach CDC Ambassadors; schedule staff and manage workloads.
• Promote Savers brand and develop community partnerships to maximize donations and impact.
• Monitor donation flow, weights, and storage, coordinating with store leadership.
