Job summary

Savers is seeking a Community Donation Manager (Operations Manager) in Medford, NY. This role leads the Community Donation Center operations, manages ambassadors, and drives donor engagement and brand awareness in the local community. A strong focus on leadership, coaching, and process improvement is required.

You will work in a comprehensive benefit environment with health plans, PTO, retirement and additional perks. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and paid hourly with a 45-hour workweek.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for management and direction of CDC day-to-day functions.
• Promote Savers brand and develop community partnerships.
• Lead, recruit, train and supervise CDC Ambassadors.
• Ensure donation flow, safety, and organization of CDC operations.
