Savers is seeking a Community Donation Center Manager in Adelphi, MD to lead daily CDC operations and drive donor engagement. You will supervise a team, ensure smooth donation flow, and promote the company’s mission to reduce landfill waste through community programs.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for service. Expect to collaborate with store teams and nonprofit partners to maximize community impact.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and donor service skills.
• Ability to train and coach CDC Ambassadors.
• Experience in retail or donation center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Donation Center daily operations, ensuring donor flow and a welcoming environment.
• Promote Savers brand and community impact through donor engagement and local partnerships.
• Lead, train, and develop CDC Ambassadors; manage staffing and performance.
• Ensure accurate weighing and classification of donations and track donation goals.
• Coordinate with store leadership to maintain organized donation flow into production areas.
• Support health and safety standards, signage, and customer-facing initiatives.
