Job summary

Savers is seeking a Community Donation Manager (Operations Manager) in Harrisburg, PA to oversee the donation center’s operations and lead a team of ambassadors. You will ensure smooth donor flow, maintain safety standards, and strengthen community partnerships while upholding Savers’ nonprofit model and brand values.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on donor experience, with opportunities for training and career growth within a purpose-driven thrift

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Community Donation Center to ensure organized, safe, and welcoming donation flow.
• Lead CDC Ambassadors and coordinate staffing, training, and performance feedback.
• Promote Savers brand and partner with local organizations to raise donor awareness.
• Drive donor engagement and ensure accurate donation weighing and categorization.
• Plan and track donation goals and collaborate with store leadership.
