Job summary

The Lewis Group of Companies is seeking a Community Director in Chino Hills, CA. You will oversee all aspects of property operations for Green Valley, driving occupancy, income, and exceptional customer service.

Lead Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping teams, manage budgets, and implement marketing strategies while maintaining strong resident relations. Proficiency in OneSite and MS Office is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and HAP programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and property marketing initiatives.
• Hire, motivate, train, monitor, and reward employees.
• Review reports, variances, occupancy levels, and market trends.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize OneSite and MS Office to manage operations efficiently.
