Job summary

The Lewis Group of Companies is seeking a Community Director in Chino Hills, CA. You will oversee all aspects of property operations for Green Valley, driving occupancy, income, and exceptional customer service.

Lead Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping teams, manage budgets, and implement marketing strategies while maintaining strong resident relations. Proficiency in OneSite and MS Office is required; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong financial insight with experience managing budgets and financial reports.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and HAP programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

Your Role: Community Director

As the Community Director, you will oversee all aspects of property operations for Green Valley, a beautiful Lewis community in Chino Hills, CA. You will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing and management programs that maintain optimum occupancy levels, drive income, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide consistent leadership to Leasing, Maintenance, and Groundskeeping staff
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and property marketing initiatives
• Hire, motivate, train, monitor, and reward employees
• Review and analyze reports, variances, occupancy levels, and market trends
• Ensure and promote consistent resident satisfaction and retention
• Utilize OneSite and MS Office (Word, Excel) to manage operations efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $69k-79k/per year depending on experience for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.

Schedule:

Regular days off for this position are Saturday and Sunday. Hours are 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
