Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in multifamily property management.
• Proven leadership in onsite team development and operations.
• Strong organizational and financial management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team development and set expectations; provide feedback and address issues.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations, leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks.
• Manage community budgets, KPIs, and financial reporting to align with goals.
• Drive marketing efforts, occupancy, and resident satisfaction through events and presence.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies; prepare required reports.
