Acme Residential LLC is seeking a Property Manager in Michigan to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction at our multifamily community. You will lead onsite staff, coordinate leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks while upholding our standards for exceptional living experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager, Rent Café).
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop onsite team members.
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and address performance issues.
• Oversee leasing performance, maintenance coordination, and admin functions.
• Drive resident satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship-building.
• Review lease files and audits for accuracy and compliance.
• Address resident concerns and operational challenges.
