Qualifications

• Communication skills must be utilized to develop on-site employees, ensure service to residents, and coordinate staff and vendors.
• Ability to analyze the financial position of the property and use information to make decisions and solve problems.
• Ability to delegate assignments and ensure completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to provide excellent customer service and property management to maximize property performance.
• Show apartments to potential residents and collect rent, addressing resident questions/needs professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors and outside contractors; maintain resident relations and organize on-site events.
