The role requires 3+ years in multifamily property management and a preference for a Bachelor’s degree, with strong leadership, organizational, and financial skills guiding day-to-day decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook; Yardi Voyager and Rent Café CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop onsite team members.
• Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and address performance issues.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations including leasing, maintenance, and admin.
• Drive resident satisfaction through exceptional service and relationship-building.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and financial reports; manage rent collection and vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
