Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with budgeting, marketing and vendor relations. This is a full-time on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years property management experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication in person, over the phone, email and text.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Willing and able to learn Yardi and Paycom.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly income and expense budgets for the community.
• Lead service and leasing teams to meet goals.
• Perform pre-move out inspections with Service Manager.
• Manage vendor relationships and lease renewals.
• Hire and mentor associates; conduct evaluations.
