The role emphasizes budgeting, market analysis, and strategic decision-making to maximize occupancy and profitability.

You will manage a team, develop marketing plans, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering exceptional resident experiences in a fast-paced community setting.

Formación

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial, marketing, and customer service expertise.
• Valid driver's license for operating community vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, engage, and retain a diverse team of property management professionals emphasizing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Hold regular staff and individual meetings to maintain team culture and progress toward property goals.
• Develop effective marketing plans, monitor property appearance, and evaluate cost per lease and traffic strategies.
• Ensure associates understand the competitive environment and adjust market rents proactively.
• Anticipate market changes and make strategic adjustments.
• Establish and prepare comprehensive operating budgets with input from key team leaders.
• Review weekly updates to address occupancy and future exposure.
• Conduct weekly inspections of the property to evaluate conditions and report risks or needs.
• Monitor and maintain community goals for resident satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current on local market conditions, trends, and forecasts.
• Identify and implement marketing campaigns to generate traffic and leases.
• Conduct and lead competitive property assessments through online research, digital tours, and market data.
