United Way of Central Oklahoma is seeking a Community Initiatives and Research Manager to advance our mission through community collaboration, strategic research, and data-informed solutions that strengthen our region.

The role connects United Way, community partners, volunteers, agencies, and local leaders to identify needs, analyze trends, manage grant processes, and provide actionable insights that guide decisions and improve outcomes for individuals and families across Central Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combo of education and experience considered.
• Two or more years of experience with a United Way organization, nonprofit, or related organization preferred.
• Experience supporting community initiatives, data collection, research, or program evaluation preferred.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders including community partners, volunteers, agencies, and staff.
• Demonstrate strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and validate data to support community initiatives and decision-making.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and high accuracy.
