Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Market Research Analyst to serve as the analytical engine behind impact strategies. You will inform how we scale marketing, communications, and recruitment, ensuring alignment with the communities we invest in.

You will leverage economic modeling, geographic analysis, and external reports to produce actionable insights for leadership and project teams, supporting responsible growth and impact evaluation.

Qualifications

• Experience in research, data science, market analysis, economics, urban planning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with data modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with infrastructure development, energy markets, or land use/zoning, is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Community Sentiment & Fit: ensure projects align with local values by analyzing reports and synthesizing data to gauge regional sentiment.
• Economic & Demographic Analysis: identify areas open to revitalization by analyzing macroeconomic trends and regional population data.
• Social Impact & Gravity: use geographic and socioeconomic data to pinpoint areas with gravity issues to help bridge gaps.
• Internal Impact & Forecasting: build models to quantify holistic impact on communities and project job creation numbers and tax revenue.
• Environmental Stewardship: identify sustainable development opportunities, such as wetland restoration or repurposing land for higher-use infrastructure.
