Job summary

Centene Corp in Indiana is seeking an Outcomes Analyst to analyze program outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement action plans that improve and optimize results. You will handle complex Outcomes Analysis projects and may act as a subject matter expert to other Analysts.

You will design and monitor dashboards and scorecards, analyze outcomes, present findings to senior leadership, and support the implementation of program components across assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with program outcomes and performance data analysis preferred.
• VBA, Microsoft Access or SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor outcomes dashboard and scorecard assigned programs and identify trends based on results.
• Monitor and analyze program outcomes; recommend and implement action plans based on outcomes.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions and concerns.
• Conduct presentations to program stakeholders to provide data to improve program performance.
• Develop program components and support and manage the implementation of assigned programs.
• Identify and educate provider agencies on best practices to achieve optimum outcomes.
