Job summary

IWG is hiring a Community Associate in the United States, based at our Aiken center. You will help manage a thriving local community, assist customers, set up events, and ensure seamless service delivery throughout the day.

You’ll coordinate with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, handle inquiries, and maintain accurate records. A friendly, proactive approach and comfort with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to own problems and solve them.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to create and maintain a welcoming community within the center.
• Help coordinate events and networking activities.
• Answer questions (WiFi, directions, packages) and handle service tickets.
• Process invoices and ensure services are properly charged.
