The position involves standing and walking for extended periods, occasional travel, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or amenity service role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and assist residents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and ensure comfort while they wait to speak with staff.
• Answer phones, route calls, and assist with service requests as needed.
• Maintain guest suite and loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins/outs.
• Keep clubhouse amenities in tour-ready condition before opening each morning.
• Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and other resident services.
• Assist with scheduling and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Keep local area info and vendor contacts to aid residents.
