Job summary

IWG plc is seeking a Part-time Community Associate in Winston-Salem to support a busy coworking center. You’ll greet customers, handle inquiries, and assist with daily center tasks that keep the space functional and welcoming.

You’ll manage printing, invoicing, and IT-related requests, help set up rooms, and coordinate occasional networking events, ensuring a positive member experience and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and daily tasks to ensure smooth center operations.
• Help customers with printing, invoicing, and setup of equipment (Wi‑Fi, projectors).
• Organize and run networking events in the center, including sending invites and posters.
• Maintain center appearance, be available for support, and respond to customer needs.
