Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building
• Positive, enthusiastic, able to adapt to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the center and manage daily inquiries
• Coordinate center operations, including invoicing and service tickets
• Assist with events, networking activities and posters in the center
• Support customers with printing, directions, Wi-Fi, and room setup
