Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Lead Concierge for The Pinnacle Portland. You will manage the front desk, engage with guests, schedule amenity spaces, and oversee deliveries and security while leveraging project management and communication skills to build strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Command the front desk and connect with guests to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate and manage the community master schedule, including moves, vendor access, and amenity reservations.
• Respond to owner and resident inquiries with timely, professional communication and escalation as needed.
• Maintain building security measures and coordinate with local authorities or alarm monitoring services as required.
• Document shift logs and reports for continuity and operational transparency.
• Provide administrative support to community leadership and assist with special projects.
