Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Earned high school degree or GED.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish, highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged.
• Answer phone and email inquiries.
• Actively manage customer transactions.
• Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure spaces are clean at all times.
• Anticipate individuals' needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
