Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Part-Time Community Concierge, Manager on Duty at Lake View YMCA in Chicago, IL. You will lead front-desk operations, greet visitors, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing front-desk operations and attendance.
Greet members and guests to ensure a welcoming experience.
Monitor the Community Hub for safety and respond to emergencies.
Answer phones and process email inquiries.
Manage customer transactions and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate facility operations with Community Hub leadership to keep spaces clean.
Anticipate needs to provide exceptional service and maintain inventory as needed.
