Integrated Real Estate Group seeks a friendly Concierge to welcome visitors, residents, and callers at the community front desk in Texas. This role represents the community professionally, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.

The position includes phone management, mail handling, basic administrative tasks, and occasional tours. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience or training; equivalent combinations may be considered.
• Basic typing and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and word processing applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and sign in visitors.
• Promote a positive image and refer prospective residents to the marketing team.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff or residents; maintain contact logs.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages; coordinate outgoing mail.
• Assist with monthly resident statements, invoice entry, and accounts payable coding.
• Order office supplies and maintain community rosters and documentation.
• Respond to resident emergencies and assist with disaster management procedures.
• Provide tours to prospective residents when needed.
• Perform clerical tasks including typing and filing; attend training sessions.
