Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a Concierge Associate to handle front desk duties for a large residential community during peak hours, ensuring residents receive prompt, professional service. You’ll greet residents and vendors, answer calls, manage deliveries, and help coordinate maintenance requests to keep the community welcoming.

You must be a resident of the community, work full-time (including weekends, ~24 hours/week).

Qualifications

• You must be a resident of the community.
• Prior guest service or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• You will engage with residents and vendors and assist with inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties for a large residential community during peak hours.
• Identify residents' needs, address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Receive deliveries, manage mail, coordinate maintenance requests, and transfer calls as needed.
