Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Community Ambassador/Guest Services professional to create a warm, inclusive environment for visitors and residents. You will coordinate meetings, events, and virtual sessions, while delivering outstanding client-focused service and information sharing.

This role reports to the Lead Office Services Associate or the Client Relations Manager. Responsibilities include front desk duties, mail handling, meeting logistics, and providing tech support for digital

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Ability to deliver value to clients and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide courteous assistance, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Manage front desk, incoming calls, mail and package flow, and messages as needed.
• Coordinate meetings and events with logistics including venue, AV, and catering when required.
• Provide technical support for virtual meetings and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with event planning and on-site support during events and gatherings.
• Engage with the community, gather feedback, and share updates across departments.
