Job summary

Opensity Solutions is hiring a Floor Host to provide hospitality-based support on office floors, connect guests with the right resources, and respond to ad hoc inquiries. You will support meetings, verify room requirements, and help optimize space usage while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in hospitality or events, strong tech skills (MS Office, Google Docs, AV gear), and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or event planning preferred.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and AV equipment.
• Excellent listening and professional communication skills.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor; able to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings on all office floors and assist meeting organizers and guests.
• Verify room requirements prior to meetings to ensure client expectations are met.
• Perform floor tours and keep the space looking pristine and ready for use.
• Coordinate with facility maintenance to address issues (stains, lighting, etc.).
• Monitor occupancy, manage bookings, and reclaim unused space as needed.
• Prepare rooms for next meeting and reset after use.
