The YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago is seeking a Community Concierge to be the face of the Y, greet guests, answer phones and emails, and help members find programs and memberships. Community Concierge team members serve as the face of the Y and support a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA.
Pay is $17.05 per hour and opportunities to grow within the organization.
