Job summary

ICL is looking for a dedicated individual to join their interdisciplinary team to support clients in achieving stable, independent living. The role involves conducting home visits, providing counseling, and coordinating vital services to help clients access essential resources.

Key responsibilities include performing crisis interventions, maintaining case records, and advocating for client needs. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in direct service roles within mental health

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct services to individuals with mental health needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in counseling, case management, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for supportive counseling and living assistance.
• Help consumers develop coping skills and modify behaviors.
• Assess needs and develop individualized service plans.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Provide counseling using cognitive-behavioral techniques.
• Coordinate services with care managers and external providers.
• Assist consumers in accessing community resources.
• Perform crisis assessment and intervention.
