Job summary

The GEO Group is seeking an Assistant Case Manager at a Community Resource Center in New Jersey. You will greet participants, assist Case Managers, perform intake, and support documentation and reporting using the Principles of Effective Intervention.

You\'ll participate in CBT programs, manage participant caseloads, and maintain progress notes in the program database. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor\'s in Social Services is preferred, bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, and

• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Customer service skills expected.
• Strong communication abilities required.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail needed.
• Basic math and data-entry skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants entering the facility.
• Assist Case Managers with case coordination.
• Complete intake paperwork and data entry.
• Provide general office administration.
• Support case management and reporting using What Works principles.
• Facilitate CBT and life skills programs.
• Document participant progress in the database.
• May transport participants as needed.
