Qualifications

• Able to work independently with clear communication to leadership
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and written communication
• Willingness to travel across Philadelphia with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with job seekers through on-site and virtual engagement
• Assess needs to determine basic vs intensive services
• Determine eligibility and enroll for WIOA services
• Coordinate referrals when offering services at partner sites
• Maintain an organized database of all customers with detailed contacts
• Document outreach efforts, services provided and outcomes
• Encourage use of virtual workshops and PA CareerPortals
• Provide technical support for PA CareerLink/PHL Career Portal accounts
• Attend PA CareerLink events as a representative
• Collaborate with partners for data sharing and transparent information
• Track services in CWDS and team reporting platforms daily
• Utilize project management skills and pursue continuous improvement
