Job summary

NACOG is seeking a qualified caseworker to conduct home visits, assess eligibility for program services, and connect clients with supportive resources. You will maintain electronic client records, advocate for clients’ needs, and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with program requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years in a social service setting, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work, health services, human services, or related field.
• Two years’ experience in a social service field; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts home visits and interviews applicants to assess eligibility for program services.
• Identifies program services that will best meet clients’ needs.
• Maintains and updates electronic client files to ensure accurate record keeping and regulatory compliance.
• Provides resource referrals and advocates for appropriate support services beyond the agency.
• Monitors services to ensure high quality service delivery and program compliance.
• Responds to public inquiries for information regarding program services.
