Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's local community strategy and engage with the community through events and relationship building. You will support product seeding and attend local studios, delivering a world-class guest experience while bringing a community perspective to customer interactions.

The role emphasizes building local relationships, supporting ambassadors, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment with a focus on guest connection

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute community strategy and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios, and partners.
• Engage with guests on the floor to assess needs and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review data to provide insights to store leadership regarding events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive team environment that values differences.
