Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and enhance guest experiences in-store and at local events.

You will collaborate with leadership, support product seeding, and foster inclusive community engagement while representing the brand on the floor with a focus on guest needs and local partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify ambassador opportunities and strengthen the store's community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, and host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment.
