Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store’s local community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and studios, and support product seeding. You’ll deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor while weaving community insights into daily operations.

In this role you’ll collaborate with store leadership, participate in local events, and help grow guest acquisition and retention. A passion for fitness, inclusion, and community partnership is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service, engagement, grassroots marketing, or community building
• High school diploma or GED, or higher
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and studios to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with guests to assess their needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership regarding events and initiatives.
• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful team environment.
