lululemon is seeking a Community Specialist to execute the store's community strategy by building relationships with Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio partners, and other community partners while delivering a world-class guest experience on the floor.

You will host and support local events, seed products through community networks, review data to inform programs, and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that supports wellbeing and growth for both guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life.
• Establish and manage local relationships with Ambassadors and studio partners.
• Engage with the local community to identify opportunities and attract guests.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs and provide product education.
• Attend, support, or host local community events.
• Execute product seeding through partners and Ambassadors.
• Review data to share insights with store leadership on events and initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
