KeyBank seeks a Branch Manager to lead and coach a high-performing branch team in delivering exceptional client service and tailored financial solutions. You will drive growth in small business relationships, manage scheduling and training, and ensure strict regulatory compliance across branch operations.

Responsibilities include outside calling to SMB clients, building COIs, and collaborating with Investment Services and Mortgage teams to expand client relationships.

• Experience leading a sales team and coaching a successful sales force near peers.
• Strong understanding of consumer and small business banking products.
• Ability to leverage centers of influence (COIs) to grow relationships.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for branch operations.
