• Engages in outside calling to small business clients in the community, promoting Key's products and services.
• Develops centers of influence and networks to identify prospective client referrals, focused on small business.
• Leads and develops the branch team, ensures understanding of Key’s products, and maintains compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage branch operations, staffing, scheduling, coaching, and regulatory compliance; weekend work may be required.
