Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a sales team.
• Minimum 3 years of small business deposit/credit experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Knowledge of consumer credit metrics (loan-to-value, debt-to-income, credit reports).
• Ability to develop Centers of Influence (COIs) to drive referrals.
• Experience influencing partners across lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch team to deliver great client service.
• Engage in outside calling to small business clients to grow relationships.
• Drive growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and internal control compliance in daily operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and talent development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to expand client relationships and products.
