Canvas Credit Union is seeking a Neighborhood Assistant Branch Leader in Grand Junction, CO to guide a busy on-site team, deliver exceptional member service, and drive branch performance. You will coach branch staff, supervise daily operations, and contribute to growth while upholding security and compliance.

The role requires a two-year degree or equivalent and 1–4 years of financial or sales management experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• One to four years financial or sales management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure members receive consistent exceptional service by all Canvas team members at all touch points in the branch.
• Review branch productivity reports and analyses to meet sales and member service goals.
• Consistently exceed credit union goals when handling transactions, opening accounts, and selling products.
