Canvas Credit Union in Grand Junction, CO, is seeking a Neighborhood Assistant Branch Leader (ABL) to guide branch teams and deliver exceptional member service. You will coach, develop, and supervise staff, manage daily branch operations, and drive sales and member satisfaction while upholding credit union values.

This on-site role requires NMLS registration and compliance with BSA, with opportunities for growth, strong benefits, and a competitive starting pay range of $60,968 to $76,223 per

Qualifications

• Strong people management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or sales management is preferred.
• NMLS registration and compliance awareness is required.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop branch teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach branch team members to deliver exceptional member service.
• Oversee daily branch operations, performance metrics, and sales goals.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications as needed.
• Maintain branch knowledge, compliance, and security procedures.
• Collaborate with Branch Leader to meet growth objectives and training.
• Ensure high levels of member satisfaction and service quality.
