Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern WA is seeking a Consumer Care Coordinator to support intake, referrals, and discharge for behavioral health services. You will manage front desk operations, verify insurance, and assist billing while maintaining HIPAA-compliant data handling.

You will liaise with CBHS, WISe, and Rising Strong to ensure coordinated client care. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a behavioral health office setting, with proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft 365 tools, and can work

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• 2–3 years of work experience in behavioral health office settings.
• Experience with EMR, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, referral, placement, and discharge support for CBHS services.
• Manage front office operations: phone lines, reception, scheduling.
• Verify insurance, support billing, process invoices, and track data.
• Coordinate with program partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare reports, handouts, and minutes; maintain confidential PHI.
