Job summary

APTS is seeking a Behavior Analyst to support community clients. The role includes functional behavioral assessments, data analysis, and designing individualized intervention plans under direct supervision. You will train families and professionals, provide direct support, and respond to crises as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments using formal screening tools and methods under direct supervision.
  • Summarize and analyze data to identify patterns and rationales for intervention designs under direct supervision.
  • Design individualized behavior intervention plans with measurable outcomes and data collection to evaluate effectiveness under direct supervision.
  • Train family members, care providers, and professionals in implementing behavior plans under direct supervision.
  • Provide direct support, plan implementation, and crisis intervention as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Human Services, Psychology, or a field related to Behavior Analysis

Job description

APTS is searching for a Behavior Analyst for our Community Clients.
