Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a licensed therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and counseling across adults, adolescents, and families. Responsibilities include CPST, SUD case management, and TBS as needed, with telehealth and office options.

The role requires maintaining licenses, participating in supervision, and collaborating with a team to support a diverse caseload in a hybrid work environment. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a relevant accredited program; or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in social work or counseling; or Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science or nursing.
• Must have active licensure (LSW/LCD C III, LPC, MFT) and related educational requirements.
• Experience documenting in electronic health records and using Windows/Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy.
• Complete treatment plans after initial encounter and review progress.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers; respond to crises.
• Coordinate referrals and resources; advocate for clients as needed.
• Document client interactions per agency guidelines; participate in supervision.
